Polyurethane foam insulation gun jammed. Is there a way to fix it?

I have a polyurethane foam insulation gun like this:

I left the insulation can attached to it for months and the foam dried up inside of the barrel. Is there a way I can clear it out or is the gun trash now?

Acetone works before the foam sets up so possible try soaking it in acetone. otherwise disassemble it and scrape the foam out.

the only way to clean it would be to take the whole gun apart and soak it in solvent to remove the dried foam
