I want to insulate my metal A/C ducts with spray foam insulation. Is this a good idea?
The ducts are located in an unfinished attic. I found a couple of do it yourself spray foam kits that look like they may work but I haven’t been able to find any articles or info on such a project. Is this something that is done or am I way off base. [...]
